Personality
What interests us most in the projects we support are the people behind the projects and their ambitions. What is their passion and how do they make the difference in their personal environment? We want non-conformist, authentic people who are determined to achieve their ambitions. People who might have been 'made for us'.


Content
Projects should also be special in terms of content. There needs to be a link with Boskalis, a bond with water and hydraulic engineering. We are also looking for a connection with Boskalis in the approach and the 'spirit' of the project (see also ‘what does Boskalis stand for?’).


A broad area
Within the framework of the content, projects may cover a wide range of activities, such as Sports & Games, Science & Technology, Art, Entrepreneurship or Development Work.


After all, everybody pursues their own dream in their own way on the basis of personal affinity and skills. Just like people at Boskalis.

  • The Waterworks of Ruud Kuijer.
  • The ambitious catamaranteam (F18), Stefan Dubbeldam and Bas Tentij.
