Boskalis Annual General Meeting of Shareholders outcome

Papendrecht, 10 May 2016 Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the Meeting) adopted the 2015 financial statements today. All other voting items were also adopted, including the cancellation of the voluntary large company regime.

Dividend

The Meeting approved the proposed dividend of EUR 1.60 per share to be distributed in ordinary shares, unless the shareholder opts to receive a cash dividend. The relevant option period will commence on 16 May 2016 and close on 27 May 2016. The dividend will be payable as from 3 June 2016.
