Papendrecht, 12 February 2016 Due to the entry into force of the Implementation Act Transparency Directive Amending, Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. ("Boskalis") is obliged to disclose based on article 25a under 2 of the Financial Supervision Act, its so-called home Member State. For Boskalis with its statutory seat in Sliedrecht and a listing at Euronext Amsterdam, this is The Netherlands. This is an English translation of the Dutch press release. In the event of any disparity between the Dutch original and this translation, the Dutch text will prevail.
