Boskalis’ Board of Management is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company, its strategy and results. The Supervisory Board supervises management performance and advises the Board of Management.
Boskalis has three divisions, each with its own operational support functions, such as tendering, engineering, fleet management and crewing.

Boskalis operates in over 90 countries across six continents and has an extensive network of branches around the world. Our head office is located in Papendrecht, the Netherlands, where our campus houses all three divisions.
The Board of Management consists of four members and is chaired by Peter Berdowski.
