Dividend
The Meeting approved the proposed dividend of EUR 1.60 per share to be distributed in ordinary shares, unless the shareholder opts to receive a cash dividend. The relevant option period will commence on 16 May 2016 and close on 27 May 2016. The dividend will be payable as from 3 June 2016.| 2016 | Financial agenda |
