72% of Boskalis shareholders elects stock dividend

Papendrecht, 5 June 2018 Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) announces that 72.1% percent of the shareholders will receive a dividend in the form of ordinary shares. As a result, 3,990,974 shares will be distributed as stock dividend. For the stock dividend, Boskalis will issue 2,026,444 new ordinary shares today. The remaining 1,964,530 shares were repurchased last year through the share buyback program and these shares will be used for the stock dividend. As per today, 5 June 2018, the total number of ordinary shares of Boskalis is 135,378,338 including 1,310,512 treasury stock.
